Customer payments are optional
Invoices and cash or check tracking are included. Online card and bank payments require assisted configuration, a Finix merchant account and provider approval. Processor fees, settlement timing and provider terms are separate from the $129 software subscription. PaveBoss adds no platform processing markup. Your applicable fees are reviewed before enabling online payments.
What happens in the first month?
We help you prepare a customer CSV, set up your company and crews, build the first quote and plan a crew day. You use it on real jobs; we review the workflow and problems with you.
How do I stop?
Contact us before the next monthly invoice to end the pilot. There is no annual commitment. We can help export your records when you leave.
Is there a mobile app?
PaveBoss runs in a browser on your phone and computer. The pilot requires an internet connection.
Is it a fit for larger fleets?
This pilot focuses on one to three crews doing sealcoating and maintenance. Complex paving operations or accounting automation may need a different system. Tell us about your workflow.
