- Is there a free trial?
- Early-access customers get a trial and onboarding help included. We'll send trial details along with pricing when you're invited in.
- What about payment processing fees?
- Card and ACH processing is built in, with a clearly displayed platform fee on every transaction. No hidden markups. We'll publish exact rates alongside subscription pricing.
- Can I migrate from another tool?
- Yes. We help Starter and Pro customers import customers, quotes, and jobs from spreadsheets and other FSM tools as part of onboarding.
